From 2005 to about 2015, students in her LIS 462 Digital Libraries class digitized scrapbooks from the Simmons College Archives, covering all aspects of the production process.[https://web.archive.org/web/20180117223617/http://www.simmons.edu/news/school-of-library-and-information-science/2017/october/candy-schwartz] The &quot;Notable Women of Simmons College&quot; project continues under LIS 462, renamed as Digitization Project Planning and Management.[https://www.simmons.edu/news/beyond-glass-simmons-women-and-archives][https://www.simmons.edu/library/archives/collections/scrapbooks] Schwartz also taught workshops and lectured internationally, including at McGill, Dalhousie, the University of Arizona, the Hong Kong Institute of Science and Technology, and several universities in Thailand.<br />
