E. Eugene Miller

E. Eugene Miller was an American technical reports specialist.
Life
E. Eugene Miller was recruited in 1945 by the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) to initiate a scientific and technical report program and to develop coordination among the NACA information services located in its laboratories. He became Chief of the Research Information Division. In 1951, he became a deputy director of the US Department of Defense's newly formed Armed Services Technical Information Agency (ASTIA). In 1952 he left this position to become vice president of Documentation Incorporated. Miller also worked for the Atomic Energy Commission. As of 1974 he was principal consultant at REMAC Information Corporation in Gaithersberg, MD.
